The dwellingLive app, however, has a distinct lack of automation for adding and removing residents from the software. Proptia, on the other hand, allows users to automatically pre-schedule move-in or move-out dates for one member of a property or an entire family. When moving out a resident, Proptia will move them out of the property, deactivate their access levels and credentials, and expire their visitor list and login credentials.

On a resident’s move-in date Proptia will move them into the property, activate their credentials and access levels, activate their visitor list, and automatically send out their registration email.
