Hello Residents Below are Some Helpful Tips if You are Experiencing Issues Logging In

1. Double-check Your Credentials

  • Check Your Email & Password – Make sure you’re using the correct email address and password for your Proptia account.

 

  • New User? – If you haven’t registered yet, look for an email from your property manager with the subject “Welcome to Proptia – Let’s Get Started.” Your temporary password is in that email.

 

  • Already Registered? – Use the password you created when you first signed up.

 

  • Can’t Find the Email? – Check your spam or junk folder in case it got filtered.

 

  • Still Need Help? – If you don’t see the email, your property manager may not have sent it yet. Reach out to them for assistance.

 

  • Passwords are case-sensitive, so verify your caps lock is off.

2. Need to Reset Your Password? Here’s How:

  1. Tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen.

2. Enter your registered email address and check your inbox for the reset instructions.

3. If you don’t see an email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

3. Update the App

  • Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Proptia app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

 

4. Clear Cache & Restart the App

  • Close the Proptia app completely and restart your device.

 

  • If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache from your phone settings.

 

 

5. Check Quality of Service or Internet

  • Close the Proptia app completely and restart your device.

 

  • A weak or unstable internet or data connection may prevent login. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

 

 

6. Contact Property Manager

  • If you’re still unable to log in, please reach out to your property management team. If they’re unable to resolve the issue, they will escalate it to our support team on your behalf. Our team will then troubleshoot the issue and notify you via the email associated with your Proptia account once it’s resolved.
